Great Oaks — Bridgeport is deeply invested in Bridgeport, in our students, our teachers, and the community. We are proud to be the anchor investor in the Cherry Street Lofts in West Bridgeport. This public-private partnership is already underway to transform a vacant factory complex alongside Interstate 95 into a thriving community. The development will have a 65,000 sf school facility and 311 units of mixed income housing geared toward the Bridgeport workforce and Great Oaks Fellows. Great Oaks is working alongside local developer Corvus Capital, state and local government, and many other partners to see this project through to fruition.
